Terms of Use

Last updated: October 15, 2026

By using SpeedWise (https://speedwise.crushjs.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the results mean

The speed test measures the connection between your device and our test server at the moment of the test. Results depend on your device, browser, Wi-Fi, other network use and conditions outside our control, and may differ from other tests and from your provider's advertised speed. Our calculators give estimates for planning. Nothing on this site is a certified measurement for legal, contractual or regulatory purposes.

Data use

Each speed test transfers data, from about 100 MB on slower connections to more than 1 GB on very fast ones. If your plan has a data cap or charges per gigabyte, you are responsible for that usage.

No warranty

We work to keep the test and calculators accurate, but the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that results are error-free, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeedWise and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its results, including data charges.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by running automated tests at scale, using the test servers for anything other than measuring your own connection, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property
